Let us introduce you the residential project, that is being developed on the border of traditional Staré Stodůlky and a vast area full of greenery – the Central park, that spreads out alongside the “Prokopský potok” stream. The closed complex is created by two low-rise houses that are characterized by spacious balconies, terraces and front gardens.

The developer of this project is CCRK Development, s.r.o., which is a joint venture of companies CC Real and Morys. CC Real company has made residential projects in historical buildings in the center of Prague. Morys company has made projects in Moravskoslezský kraj region. Both companies are preparing other interesting residential projects together.

The architects and construction planners from AHK studio used their experience from constructions for the prominent residential developers and they have designed a unique project that connects timeless esthetics and practical modern living requirements.
